This is an online course, which you can study for independently and at your own pace. 

To manage FM professionals to best effect you need to develop a variety of managerial skills. This course will help you hone your leadership skills to enable you to point your team in the best direction, improve your ability to coach and get the best out of your team, and help you position yourself within the team to act as a role model and effectively balance your team's workload.
